Creole cuisine.

The Creole cuisine is the result of a mixture influences from the dishes of Malagasy, French and Indian.

The African and Chinese food brought in reunion island by successive immigrants. Its naturally spicy and rather invigorating. The creole cuisine, more than two-century old, is the ancestor of fusion cuisine that New Yorkers are proud to have discovered in the 70's.
